I'm a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and hold over 1500 hours of clinical experience. I integrate different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of each individual client, and underpin everything I do with empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. My role is to help you work through any difficult issues you are experiencing, in an atmosphere of warmth and healing. Therapy is transformational and joyful, there are also moments of grief and sadness - and I am honoured to be with you through it all.
